摘 要:总结归纳空气预热器的结构分类和优缺点,对空气预热器转子隔板热变形、热段扇形板应力变形和转子转速进行了研究。通过FLUENT流体软件完成空气预热器转子三维图建模,采用多孔介质方法对其进行网格划分。对回转式空气预热器转子隔板和热段扇形板的应力热变形特性进行了研究,数值仿真结果解释了空气预热器的漏风原因。最后通过仿真研究了空气预热器转子转速对其工作性能的影响,仿真结果表明转速对空气预热器表面温度分布和效率影响显著,在一定的转速范围内,增加空气预热器转速有利于提升空气预热器的整体性能。The structural classification,advantages and disadvantages of air preheater are summarized,and the thermal deformation of the rotor separator,thermal stress deformations of the segmental plate and the rotor speed of the air preheater are studied.The 3D model of the air preheater rotor is completed by Fluent software,and the mesh is divided by porous medium method.The thermal deformation characteristics of the rotary and the thermal stress deformation of the segmental plate of air preheater are studied,and the numerical simulation results explained the causes of air leakage in the air preheater.Finally,the influence of the rotor speed of the air preheater on its performance is studied by simulation.The simulation results show that the speed has a significant influence on the surface temperature distribution and efficiency of the air preheater.Within a certain speed range,increasing the speed of the air preheater is beneficial to improve the overall performance of the air preheater.
