摘  要:所述350 MW超临界机组因机组负荷水平逐年降低,机组经常在三阀微开或三阀小开度状态运行。根据机组特性分析,机组不仅进汽节流损失大,同时会使3号阀门频繁开关,造成安全隐患。因此,有必要根据机组负荷的变化,优化阀门控制,使机组在不同负荷下都保持较高的效率。为此对汽轮机配汽方式进行优化,增加一种以效率优先的控制办法,实现流量的分段控制,消除三阀微开及三阀小开度状态,使整个运行区间的阀门损失都保持在较低水平,以尽可能地提高部分负荷经济性。The 350MW supercritical unit mentioned often operates because the unit load level decreases year by year.According to the analysis of unit characteristics,the unit not only has a large loss of steam throttle,but also will make No.3 valve frequently open and close,which are causing safety risks.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the valve control according to the change of unit load,so that the unit maintains high efficiency under different loads.Thus,the power plant optimizes the steam distribution mode of steam turbine,adds a control method with efficiency first,realizes the subsection control of flow,eliminates the three-valve micro and small opening state,so that the valve loss of whole operating interval is kept at a low level,so as to improve the part of load economy as much as possible.
