基于古代文献研究外吹乳痈的单味用药规律分析

摘　　要：[目的]为临床使用单味药治疗外吹乳痈提供文献依据。[方法]以第5版《中华医典》软件为检索工具,搜集古籍中记载的治疗外吹乳痈的单味药,对药物的功效、药性、药味、归经、治法、自然属性进行归纳和分析,总结用药规律。[结果]古籍中治疗外吹乳痈的单味药共计165种,其中清热类药物48种;寒性药物62种,占比37.58%;药味为甘味者最多,频数为70,频率31.25%;归肝经药物最多,频数为52,频率22.22%。外治法中,敷法频数为38,频率57.58%;植物类药物119种,占比72.12%。[结论]古代医家使用单味药治疗外吹乳痈,多选用功效为清热,性寒、味甘、归肝经的植物类药物,内治的同时重视外治。[Objective] To provide literature basis for the clinical use of single drug in treating external wind-heat carbuncle. [Methods] The5th edition of“Chinese Medical Code”software was used as a retrieval tool to collect single drugs recorded in ancient books for the treatment of external wind-heat carbuncle. The efficacy,nature,taste,meridian tropism,treatment method and natural properties of the drugs were summarized,analyzed,and the law of medication was summarized. [Results] There were a total of 165 single drugs recorded in ancient books for the treatment of external wind-heat carbuncle,of which 48 were of heat-clearing drugs. There are 62 cold-natured drugs,accounting for 37.58%;the most frequent taste was sweet,with a frequency of 70(31.25%);the most frequent meridian tropism was liver meridian,with a frequency of 52(22.22%). In the external treatment method,the frequency of application was 38,accounting for57.58%;there were 119 plant-based drugs,accounting for 72.12%. [Conclusion] Ancient medical practitioners used single drugs to treat external wind-heat carbuncle,mostly choosing plant-based drugs with the efficacy of clearing heat,cold nature,sweet taste and meridian tropism of liver. While focusing on internal treatment,it is also important to pay attention to external treatment.
