摘  要:为了得到温拌剂及阻燃剂对SMA沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,通过冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验研究了温拌剂掺量、阻燃剂掺量、掺加方式、降温效果等因素对温拌阻燃SMA混合料水稳定性的影响规律,并通过分析温拌剂和阻燃剂的作用机理,验证了试验结果的可靠性。结果表明:SMA混合料水稳定性随着EC130温拌剂掺量的增加先增大后减小,在掺量为0.3%时达到最大值;随着FRMAX~(TM)阻燃剂掺量逐渐增大,在掺量为0.6%时,冻融劈裂强度比(TSR)和残留稳定度(MS_0)相比于不掺加阻燃剂的情况下分别提高了8.0%和3.6%;选择干法温拌剂加干法阻燃剂的掺加方式在保证水稳定性的同时具有操作方便,便于施工的特点;降温效果对水稳定性影响较大,在温拌剂掺量为0.3%的情况下,试验温度下降30℃以上时不满足规范要求。To investigate the influences of the warm mix agent and flame retardant on the water stability of SMA asphalt mixture,by the freeze⁃thaw splitting test and immersion Marshall test,the influencing laws of several factors such as the content of warm mix agent,the content of flame retardant,the adding method,and the cooling effect on the water stability of the warm mix flame retardant SMA mixture were studied.The reliability of the test results was verified by analyzing the mechanism of the warm mix agent and flame retardant.The results showed that with the increasing content of the EC130 warm mix agent,the water stability of the SMA mixture increased first,reaching the maximum at the content of 0.3%,and then decreased.When the content of the FRMAXTM flame retardant was 0.6%,the TSR and MS0 increased by 8.0%and 3.6%respectively compared to those without the flame retardant.The dry methods of the warm mix agent and flame retardant had the advantage of convenient operation and construction while ensuring water stability.The cooling effect greatly affected the water stability,and at the content of the warm mix agent of 0.3%,the test temperature dropped more than 30℃and cannot meet the specification requirement.
