摘 要:为揭示就地热再生施工过程中质量控制关键因素,研究了成型温度、再生剂用量、新沥青混合料掺量与混合料性能之间的关系。引入正交试验法、规律分析法、相关性分析法,分别研究了成型温度、再生剂用量、新沥青混合料掺量与再生混合料的空隙率、冻融劈裂强度比的显著性关系、变化规律与相关性。结果表明:正交试验中,成型温度级差可达0.9,成型温度对再生混合料空隙率影响显著;再生剂用量级差可达3.9,再生剂用量对再生混合料冻融劈裂强度比影响显著。采用二次方程模型回归的再生沥青混合料空隙率关系式相关系数可达0.960,剩余标准差可达0.109,而冻融劈裂强度比回归结果相关系数很弱;成型温度与再生混合料的空隙率、冻融劈裂强度比相关性可达0.787、0.860,混合料的成型温度是3个指标中控制再生路面空隙率、再生混合料水稳定性的核心指标。To reveal the key factors of quality control in the process of in-situ thermal recycling construction,this paper introduced the orthogonal test,rule analysis,and correlation analysis to study the significance relations,change laws,and correlations,respectively,between the forming temperature,dosage of recycling agent,and the content of new asphalt mixture and the void ratio and freeze-thaw spliting strength ratio of the recycled mixtures.The results showed that in the orthogonal test,the forming temperature and the dosage of the recycling agent significantly affected the void ratio and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the recycled mixture,with their ranges reaching 0.9 and 3.9 respectively.The correlation coefficient of the void ratio of the recycled asphalt mixture regressed by the quadratic equation model reached 0.960,and the residual standard difference reached 0.109,while the correlation coefficient of the regression of the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio was weak.The correlation between the forming temperature and void ratio and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the recycled mixture reached 0.787 and 0.860 respectively.The forming temperature of the mixture was the core index controlling the recycled pavement's void ratio and the recycled mixture's water stability.
