摘  要:路面病害特征与结构内部力学响应密切相关。通过分析冷再生混合料路面的力学响应,了解冷再生沥青混合料路面结构内部应力、应变分布规律,有助于揭示冷再生沥青混合料路面的病害成因。以山西省某冷再生工程为依托,通过有限元模拟,对比分析了原始路面结构(处治前)、冷再生路面结构(处治后)的力学响应,并辅以试验验证。结果表明:与原始路面结构(半刚性基层)相比,冷再生沥青混合料路面结构(柔性再生层+半刚性基层)的承载能力显著提高;最大拉应力集中于铣刨后残留的半刚性基层层底;通过增加沥青面层厚度、冷再生层厚度,均有助于提高冷再生路面的疲劳寿命。The characteristics of pavement diseases are closely correlated to the internal mechanical response of the pavement structure.For the pavement of cold recycled asphalt mixture,analyzing its mechanical response and understanding the distribution law of internal stress and strain would help to discover the disease causes of the pavement.In this paper,based on a cold recycling project in Shanxi,the mechanical responses of the original pavement structure(untreated)and the cold recycled pavement structure(treated)were compared and analyzed by the finite element simulation,and verified by experiments.The results showed that compared with the original pavement structure(semi⁃rigid base),the cold recycled pavement structure(flexible recycled base+semi⁃rigid base)had more improved bearing capacity.The maximum tensile stress was focused on the bottom of the semi⁃rigid base that remained after milling.Adding the thickness of the asphalt layer and cold recycled layer was helpful to improve the fatigue life of the cold recycled pavement.
