锈蚀钢筋与胀裂混凝土界面锈胀力分析研究

摘  要:钢筋锈蚀使得钢筋与混凝土界面产生锈胀力,并导致混凝土开裂,影响结构的使用性能。而钢筋-混凝土界面锈胀力的评估是对混凝土结构性能准确评价的重要一环。考虑混凝土锈胀开裂过程中的拉应力软化行为,理论推导了界面锈胀力计算模型。将该模型计算值与现有模型及试验结果对比,发现考虑混凝土的拉应力软化可提高锈胀力的评估精度。The corrosion of the steel bar produces the corrosion expansion force at the surface between the steel bar and concrete,resulting in the cracking of the concrete,which affects the service performance of the structure.The evaluation of the corrosion expansion force at the steel bar⁃concrete surface is an important part of precisely assessing the performance of the concrete structure.Considering the softening behavior of the tensile stress in the process of the corrosion expansion and cracking of the concrete,this paper theoretically deduced the calculation model of the surface corrosion expansion force.Comparing the calculation results of this model to the results of the current model and experiments,it was found that considering the softening of the tensile stress of the concrete could improve the evaluation accuracy of the corrosion expansion force.
