摘　　要：近年来,公路运输事故时有发生,且事故伤亡损失较大,对事故的特征及因素分析研究提出了更高的要求。为使道路事故分析更具科学性及条理性,选取某汽运公司2018-2020年3年的事故数据以及机场客运大巴运营数据,从人、车、路和环境等角度出发,运用数理统计方法分析汽运公司道路交通事故特征,并根据事故特征分布提出针对性的改善方案,便于管理者明确潜在事故风险,从运营组织与管理的层面上进行防控。Recently,highway traffic accidents have occurred frequently,causing large accident casualties and losses,which puts forward higher requirements for analysis and research of the characteristics and causes of the accidents.In order to conduct a more scientific and reasonable road traffic accident analysis,this paper selected the accident data of XX Automobile Transportation Company from 2018 to 2020 and the operation data of airport passenger buses.From perspectives of people,vehicles,roads,and environment,the characteristics of road traffic accidents of this company were analyzed by mathematical statistics,and a targeted improvement scheme was proposed according to the accident characteristic distribution to facilitate managers to identify potential accident risks and prevent and control them from the level of operation organization and management.
