摘 要:因摄入含有感染期寄生虫的食物和水引起的食源性寄生虫病仍是我国常见的寄生虫病,临床易误诊误治。在多学科专家的共同参与下,编写团队参照国内外最新研究成果,参考基于证据质量以外的其他因素(经济学、患者偏好和价值观、利弊权衡、可及性、公平性及可接受性等),采用世界卫生组织推荐的证据质量分级和推荐强度系统对推荐意见的级别和循证医学证据的质量进行评估,形成了24条共识,旨在指导并提高临床医务工作者对食源性寄生虫病的综合诊治能力。Food-borne parasitosis caused by ingestion of food and water contaminated with infective parasites or their eggs are still common parasitic diseases in China,which are easily misdiagnosed and mistreated in clinical practice.With the joint efforts of multidisciplinary experts,the Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of food-borne parasitic diseases(2023)has been developed.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,considering various factors including economics,patient preferences and values,trade-offs,accessibility,fairness,acceptability and so on,a total of 24 consensuses were reached according to the evidence quality grading and recommendation intensity system of the World Health Organization.The consensus intends to provide the clinical guidance for the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of food-borne parasitic diseases.
