摘 要:650℃及以上等级高参数燃煤发电技术已成为火电机组的主要技术发展方向,而高温合金等新材料的选用也成为关键部件材料更替的必然趋势。其中,转子合金的设计研发与制备成型成为机组热通道关键部件用材研发的主要难点之一。由于高温合金与传统高中压转子用铁素体耐热钢存在明显的理化与力学性能差异,因此对研发过程中新材料的评价分析带来挑战。通过对以往超临界与超超临界燃煤机组高中压转子服役工况进行分析,并结合关于传统铁素体耐热钢评价方案及性能指标的探讨,探索了高中压转子用高温合金的性能评价优化方案,进而为新材料的设计与评估提供借鉴。High-parameter coal-fired power generation technology at 650C and above has become the main technological development direction of thermal power units,and the selection of new materials such as high-temperature alloys has also become an inevitable trend for the replacement of key component materials.Among them,the design,development and preparation of the rotor alloys have become one of the main difficulties in the research and development of materials for the key components of the hot channel of the unit.Due to the obvious differences in physical,the chemical and mechanical properties between the superalloy and the ferritic heat-resistant steel used for traditional high and medium pressure rotors,the challenges to the evaluation and analysis of new materials in the research and development were posed.By analyzing the service conditions of the high and medium pressure rotors of the previous supercritical and ultra-supercritical coal-fired units and combining with the evaluation schemes and performance indicators of traditional ferritic heat-resistant stels,the performance evaluation and optimization scheme of the superalloys for high and medium pressure rotors were explored,which can provide a reference for the design and evaluation of new materials.
