摘  要:对热轧态Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金进行了960℃×1 h固溶+460℃不同时间的时效处理。采用OM、SEM、硬度测试和导电率测试等方法,研究了不同时效时间对Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着时效时间的增加,Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金的硬度先升高后降低,导电率先升高后基本不变。460℃×4 h时效处理的Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金的硬度和导电率达到峰值,分别为122.6 HV和79.5%IACS。460℃不同时间时效的Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金中析出大量第二相,随着时效时间的增加,第二相数量逐渐增多并发生合并、长大,Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr合金最佳时效工艺为460℃×4 h。Hot rolled Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy was treated with solution treatment at 960℃×1 h and 460℃for different time.The effects of different aging time on the microstructure and properties of Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy were studied by OM,SEM,hardness test and electrical conductivity test.The results show that with the increase of aging time,the hardness of Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy increases first and then decreases,and the electrical conductivity increases first and then basically remains unchanged.The hardness and conductivity of Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy aged at 460℃×4 h reach the peak value of 122.6HV and 79.5%IACS,respectively.A large number of second phase precipitates in Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy aged at 460℃for different time.With the increase of aging time,the number of second phase gradually increases,and the second phase merges and grows.The optimal aging process of Cu-0.1Ni-0.5Cr alloy is 460℃×4 h.
