摘  要:利用MMC 200热模拟试验机及盐浴炉分别对GCr15轴承钢进行快速回火和常规等温回火,研究不同回火条件下轴承钢的显微组织和性能变化规律。采用扫描电镜和XRD测量分析不同回火条件下GCr15轴承钢的组织形貌与相含量,并测定硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,快速回火细化了GCr15轴承钢回火碳化物的尺寸并抑制了残余奥氏体的分解。在同等回火参数下,两者显微硬度相当时,快速回火能够获得更高的耐磨性。The rapid tempering and conventional isothermal tempering of GCr15 bearing steel were conducted by using MMC 200 thermal simulation test machine and salt bath furnace,respectively.The microstructure and properties changes of bearing steel under different tempering conditions were studied.Scanning electron microscope and XRD measurements were used to analyze the morphology and phase content of GCr15 bearing steel under different tempering conditions,and the hardness and wear resistance were measured as well.The results show that the rapid tempering refines the size of the GCr15-bearing steel-tempered carbide and inhibits the residual austenitic decomposition.Under the same tempering parameters,when the two microhardness is comparable,the higher wear resistance can be obtained by rapid tempering.
