摘 要:对06Cr25Ni20不锈钢进行了淬火+不同时间深冷+回火处理,采用显微组织观察、XRD分析、硬度测试、腐蚀磨损试验等研究了不同时间深冷对06Cr25Ni20不锈钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:1040℃×1 h淬火+不同时间深冷+220℃×1 h回火的06Cr25Ni20试验钢组织主要为奥氏体和含Cr的碳化物。随着深冷时间的增加,试验钢中碳化物含量逐渐增加,奥氏体晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,硬度逐渐升高,腐蚀磨损率先降低后增加;4 h深冷的06Cr25Ni20试验钢腐蚀磨损率最低,为68×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m),比未深冷试验钢的腐蚀磨损率降低了34%。The quenched and different time cryogenic and tempered treatment were carried out on 06Cr25Ni20 stainless steel.The microstructure observation,XRD analysis,hardness test and corrosion wear test were used to study the influence of different time cryogenic on the microstructure and properties of 06Cr25Ni20 stainless steel.The results show that the microstructure of 06Cr25Ni20 steel quenched at 1040℃×1 h+cryogenic at different time+220℃×1 h tempered is mainly austenite and Cr carbide.With the increase of cryogenic time,the carbide content of the test steel increases gradually,the austenite grain size decreases gradually,the hardness increases gradually,and the corrosion wear rate decreases first and then increases.The corrosion wear rate of 06Cr25Ni20 steel is the lowest at 4 h deep cooling.The wear rate is 68×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m),which is 34%lower than that of the non-cryogenic steel.
