摘 要:为研究苜蓿幼苗的生长性状对秋眠性的预测,分别在7月和9月播种不同秋眠级数的苜蓿,4周龄时测定其生长指标并与秋眠级数进行了相关分析和回归分析.结果表明:9月播种的苜蓿幼苗的株高、根长、真叶柄长、真叶长、子叶节长、真叶宽和生物量等指标均与秋眠级数显著相关,并且绝大多数指标相关性要高于7月播种的.通过建立苜蓿幼苗生长性状与秋眠级数的回归方程,在一定程度上可以对苜蓿品种的秋眠性进行预测.根据9月播期幼苗生长性状的聚类分析,可以将紫花苜蓿品种划分为秋眠、半秋眠、不秋眠3个类型,与它们本身的秋眠类型基本一致.在苜蓿育种系统中,应用此方法可以在幼苗阶段将未知品系或材料快速划分为3类秋眠群体,缩短检测和筛选的时间.To investigate the growth traits of alfalfa seedlings as a predictor of fall dormancy,different fall dormancy-rating alfalfa cultivars were sown in July and September,respectively,their growth traits were measured at 4 weeks of age and were correlated and regressed with fall dormancy-rating.The results indicated that there were significant high correlations with fall dormancy and seedling height,unifoliate internode length,unifoliate leaf petiole length,seedling biomass,unifoliate leaf and width of alfalfa seedlings when sown in September,and most of the correlation coefficients were higher than those of July sowing.By establishing the regression equation between alfalfa seedling growth traits and fall dormancy-ratings,the fall dormancy of alfalfa cultivars can be predicted to a certain extent.According to the hierarchical clustering analysis based on seedling growth traits observed during September sowing,the alfalfa cultivars could be divided into three types:fall dormant,semi-fall dormant,and non-dormant type.In the breeding system,the application of this method can quickly classify unknown strains and germplasm resources into three types of fall-dormant groups at the seedling stage and shorten the time for detection and screening.
