摘 要:目前我国锑矿资源开发强度大,后备资源已略显不足,因此研究锑矿回收锑的最优选矿流程,对合理开发利用锑矿资源具有重大意义。本文以某锑矿为对象开展回收锑选矿流程试验研究,探究了磨矿细度、活化剂、捕收剂、抑制剂及浮选流程等条件对回收锑选矿效果的影响,形成先进科学的选矿工艺流程、参数指标和药剂制度,为该类型矿石的合理开发利用提供依据。结果表明:该锑矿通过“一次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选、中矿顺序返回”的闭路选矿流程,可以得到锑品位48.84%、锑回收率94.12%的精矿产品,实现了锑的高效回收,试验结果具有参考价值。最优的选矿工艺参数:磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占60.63%;活化剂为硝酸铅;抑制剂为CTY;捕收剂为乙硫氮和25#黑药;起泡剂为MIBC。At present,the antimony ore in China has high development intensity,and insufficient back-up resources.Therefore,studying the optimal benefication flowsheet of recovering antimomy is of great significant to rational development and utilization of antimony ore resources.In this paper,the experimental study on the beneficiation process of recovering antimony from antimony ore is carried out,and the effects of grinding fineness,activator,collector,inhibitor and flotation process on the beneficiation effect of antimony recovery are investigated.The advanced and scientific beneficiation processes,parameter indicators,and reagent system is formed,providing a basis for the rational development and utilization of this type of ore.The results show that the antimony concentrate with antimony grade of 48.84%and antimony recovery of 94.12%can be obtained through the closed-circuit beneficiation process of"one roughing,one scavenging,three cleaning,middling ores sequential returned",realizing the high efficient recovery of antimony,and the experimental results have reference value.The optimum processing conditions are as follows:grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 60.63%;the activator is lead nitrate;the inhibitor is CTY;the collector is ethyl sulfur nitrogen and No.25 black powder;the foaming agent is MIBC.
