摘  要:某冲煤矿勘查施工现场地质条件复杂,裂隙溶洞十分发育。在该地区钻探施工过程中,井底事故频发,钻井液漏失严重,钻探施工难度大且成本高。本文针对该地区的堵漏问题,通过对泡沫植物胶钻井液进行理论及试验研究,确认出最优配方,结果表明:3.5%植物胶+0.3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠+0.05%聚丙烯酰胺的泡沫植物胶钻井液携带岩粉能力强,钻进效率高,堵漏效果显著,为复杂地层的堵漏工作提供了理论与实践指导。The geological conditions of the exploration and construction site ofa certain Chong coal mine are complex,and the fissure karst cave is very developed.In the process of drilling in this area,the mud leakage is serious,the bottom hole accidents occur frequently,the drilling construction is difficult and the cost is high.Aiming at the problem of plugging in this area,through theoretical and Experimental Research on foam vegetable gum drilling fluid,the optimal formula is confirmed.The results show that 3.5%vegetable gum+0.3%sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate+0.05%polyacrylamide foam vegetable gum drilling fluid has strong rock powder carrying capacity,high drilling efficiency and significant plugging effect,which provides theoretical and practical guidance for plugging in complex formations.
