摘  要:钢箱梁节段吊装施工技术在桥梁建设中得到广泛运用,节段吊装施工使得钢箱梁桥施工更加安全高效,施工过程中钢箱梁线形状态和应力水平应处于安全可控状态。本文以高新三路(三环路-外环线)改造提升工程ZL23联主线桥为背景,采用有限元软件建立钢箱梁全桥模型和子节段精细化分析模型,根据不同施工阶段主梁应力状态和变形,对钢箱梁节段施工安全性能进行分析。结果表明:全联及各阶段下缘应力和竖向挠度均满足要求,对钢箱梁安装施工具有较大指导意义,可为类似钢箱梁施工提供参考。Section lifting construction technology of steel box girder is widely used in bridge construction.Section lifting construction makes the construction of steel box girder bridge more safe and efficient,and the linear state and stress level of steel box girder should be in a safe and controllable state during construction.Based on the ZL23 joint main line bridge of the high-tech three-way(three-ring road-outer Ring Road)renovation and upgrading project,the steel box girder full bridge model and sub-segment fine analysis model were established by using finite element software.According to the stress state and deformation of the main beam in different construction stages,the construction safety performance of the steel box girder segment is analyzed.The lower edge stress and vertical deflection of the full joint and each stage met the requirements.It has great guiding significance for the installation and construction of steel box girder,which can also provide reference for similar steel box girder construction.
