摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(Human papilloma virus,HPV)长期持续感染可以导致宫颈癌、阴茎癌等相关恶性癌症,HPV疫苗的接种可以有效的预防HPV感染,最大程度的降低HPV感染导致癌症的发病率。针对HPV疫苗安全性、有效性等方面的研究一直是各国学者研究热点,2016年我国引进进口HPV疫苗后,国内针对HPV疫苗各领域的研究也逐渐增多,2019年国产HPV疫苗上市后这一研究热点再次被推向了一个新的高度。本文从疫苗安全性、免疫原性及有效性、免疫持久性3个方面对国内外HPV疫苗相关研究情况进行综述,探讨我国HPV疫苗研究不足及未来发展方向。Human papilloma virus(HPV)persisting infection can lead to cervical cancer,penile cancer and other related malignant cancers,HPV vaccination can effectively prevent HPV infection and minimize the incidence of cancer caused by HPV infection.Research on the safety and effectiveness of HPV vaccine has been a hot topic for scholars around the world.After the introduction of imported HPV vaccine in China in 2016,domestic research on various fields of HPV vaccine also gradually increased,and this hot topic was pushed to a new height again after the launch of domestic HPV vaccine in 2019.This paper reviews domestic and foreign studies on HPV vaccine from three aspects:vaccine safety,immunogenicity and effectiveness,and immune persistence,to discuss the deficiency and future development of HPV vaccine.
