摘 要:MAG焊具有高效、高质、稳定等优点,被广泛应用于碳钢、合金钢和不锈钢等金属材料的焊接。近年来,各工程领域对焊接效率和焊接质量的要求不断提高,各类MAG焊接新工艺的研究也随之展开。通过对MAG焊接技术研究现状的系统总结,探讨了在外加磁场控制、激光-MAG复合焊接、窄间隙焊接、双丝焊接和保护气体类型等工艺方面的研究进展,展望了MAG焊接技术的研发应向异质钢焊接材料、焊接配件及焊缝跟踪系统等方向发展。MAG welding has the advantages of high efficiency,high quality and stability,and it is widely used in the welding of metal materials such as carbon steel,alloy steel and stainless steel.In recent years,with the increasing requirements of welding efficiency and welding quality in various engineering fields,new MAG welding technologies have been studied.Based on the systematic summary of the research status of MAG welding technology,the research progress on external magnetic field control,laser-MAG hybrid welding,narrow gap welding,double-wire welding and protective gas type was discussed.It was prospected that MAG welding technology should be developed in the directions of heterogeneous steel welding materials,welding accessories and weld seam tracking system.
