摘 要:选区激光熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)的成型质量主要与扫描激光参数、扫描路径策略有关。为降低SLM成型工件的位移偏差、内部等效应力以及成型表面的粗糙度,首先通过ANSYS Additive软件进行热应变仿真,研究在水平排列熔融和上下层交叠熔融两种情况下零件的应力分布和几何尺寸位移。结果表明,通过上下层交叠熔融的尺寸位移变形和内部应力均有所减小。然后在热应变仿真分析的基础上,采用一种小区域上下层二次交叠熔融的扫描策略,在SLM机器上采用316L不锈钢粉末进行小区域样件成型实验,结果表明能获得满足要求的成型质量。The forming quality of selective laser melting(SLM)is mainly related to scanning laser parameters and scanning path strategy.In order to reduce the displacement deviation,internal equivalent stress and the surface roughness of the formed surface,first of all,the stress distribution and geometric displacement of the parts were studied by the thermal strain simulation using ANSYS Additive software under the two conditions of horizontal alignment melting and overlapping melting of the upper and lower layers.The results show that the displacement and internal stress are reduced through the overlapping melting of the upper and lower layers.Then,on the basis of thermal strain simulation analysis,a scanning strategy of secondary overlap melting of the upper and lower layers in a small area was adopted and 316L stainless steel powder was used for small area sample forming experiments on SLM machine.The results show that the obtained forming quality can meet the requirement.
