摘 要:场指纹检测法(Field Signature Method,FSM)是一种具有极高精度的无损检测方法,可以有效检测金属缺陷,其精度和可靠性远超其他无损检测方法,目前已被广泛用于工业金属管道腐蚀缺陷检测领域。本文以场指纹检测法为主题,阐述了场指纹检测法的原理及特点,介绍了场指纹检测法的出现以及发展过程,并指出了当前场指纹检测技术的一些不足,对其发展前景进行了展望。Field Signature Method(FSM)is a non-destructive testing method with extremely high precision,which can effectively detect metal corrosion defects,and its accuracy and reliability far exceed other non-destructive testing methods,and has been widely used in the field of industrial metal pipeline corrosion defect detection.With the field fingerprint detection method as the theme,the principle and characteristics of the field fingerprint detection method are expounded,the emergence and development process of the field fingerprint detection method are introduced,some shortcomings of the current field fingerprint detection technology are pointed out,and the development prospects of FSM are prospected.
