摘 要:通过电导率测试、残余应力测试以及电化学腐蚀实验,研究了近室温条件下电磁冲击对7075铝合金抗应力腐蚀性能的影响。分析讨论了电磁冲击处理过程中脉冲磁场和脉冲电流作用时间对7075铝合金导电率、残余应力以及电化学腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:与未处理试样相比较,当脉冲磁场(励磁电流75A)作用时间为60 s,脉冲电流(电流密度166 A/mm2)作用时间为1.0 s时,试样的导电率从37.82%IACS提高至40.46%IACS,残余应力从31.9MPa降低为20.7 MPa,其自腐蚀电位从-1.17516 V增加到-0.96270 V,自腐蚀电流密度从0.00897 A/cm2降为0.00399A/cm2,抗腐蚀性能最佳,电磁冲击处理效果最好。电磁冲击处理能减少材料内部的微裂纹、位错等缺陷,降低晶格畸变程度和残余应力大小,进而抑制应力腐蚀裂纹的萌生、扩展,改善了7075铝合金的抗应力腐蚀性能。The effects of electromagnetic shock on the stress corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied through conductivity test,residual stress test and electrochemical corrosion experiment.The influence of effective processing time of the pulsed magnetic fields and electropulsing during electromagnetic shock process on the residual stress and stress corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy were analyzed and discussed.The results show that,compared with untreated samples,when the effective processing time of the pulsed magnetic fields is 60 s and that of electropulsing is 1.0 s,the conductivity of the samples increases from 37.82%IACS to 40.46%IACS,the residual stress decreases from 31.9 MPa to 20.7MPa,the self-corrosion potential increases from-1.17516 V to-0.96270 V,and the self-corrosion current density decreases from 0.00897 A/cm~2 to 0.00399 A/cm~2.The corrosion resistance of the samples and the effect of electromagnetic shock treatment are best.Electromagnetic shock treatment can reduce microcracks,dislocations and other defects in the material,reduce the degree of lattice distortion and residual stress,inhibit the initiation and propagation of stress corrosion cracks and improve the stress corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy.
