摘  要:为了提高高温合金GH4049球体的耐磨性及延长其使用寿命,采用固体渗铝法对其表面进行渗铝处理,分析了不同渗铝温度、渗铝时间对渗层深度和硬度的影响。结果表明,随着渗铝温度和渗铝时间的延长,渗层深度越深,而中心硬度有所降低;在渗铝温度为950℃,渗铝保温时间为10~12 h时,获得的渗铝层深度为30~50μm,心部的硬度达到30.5~37.5 HRC,能够满足生产工艺要求。In order to improve the wear resistance of superalloy GH4049 sphere and extend its service life,the surface of superalloy GH4049 sphere was aluminized by using the solid aluminization method,and the influences of different aluminizing temperatures and time on the depth and hardness of the aluminum layer were investigated.The results show that the depth of the aluminum layer increases with the increase of aluminizing temperature and time,but the hardness of the core decreases.When the aluminum infiltration temperature is 950℃,and the aluminum infiltration insulation time is 10-12 h,the obtained aluminum infiltration layer depth is 30-50μm,and the core hardness reaches 30.5-37.5 HRC,which can meet the production process requirements.
