摘  要:在齿轮热加工过程中,发现有晶粒粗大不均匀即混晶现象,严重影响着大型风电齿轮的综合性能以及该新型材料的推广应用。为了细化晶粒、改善大型齿轮综合力学性能,以18Cr2Ni4WA大型齿轮钢为研究对象,研究其锻后热处理过程中奥氏体晶核形成及其晶核长大行为。结果表明,该钢的形核和长大都与α相再结晶有关,在临界温度(700℃)主要是针状形核,临界温度以上(740℃)发生球状形核。随着α相再结晶完成,长大趋于等轴状,且奥氏体均匀化。In the process of gear hot machining,it is found that there is a phenomenon of coarse and uneven grain,that is,mixed grain,which seriously affects the comprehensive performance of large wind power gear and the popularization and application of the new material.In order to refine the grain and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of large gear,the austenite nucleation and nucleation growth behavior of 18Cr2Ni4WA large gear steel during post forging heat treatment were studied.The results show that the nucleation and growth of the steel are associated withαphase.It is mainly needle nucleation at the critical temperature(700℃),and spherical nucleation occurs above the critical temperature(740℃).Asαphase recrystallization is completed,the growth tends to be equiaxed,and the austenite is homogenized.
