摘 要:采用热重-差热分析仪研究了T700碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料在氮气氛围、升温速率不同条件下的热解特性规律。结果表明:T700碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的热解反应只有一个阶段,且不同升温速率条件下复合材料热解的初始温度比较接近,终止温度随着升温速率的增加向高温方向移动;热解速率、质量变化速率随着升温速率的提高而增大。热解动力学分析表明,热解反应开始阶段复合材料的活化能相对较小,热解速度相对较快;随着转化率升高,表观活化能变大,材料热解速度降低。转化率为20%~60%时,表观活化能增值相差不大,材料的稳定性变化不大,随后复合材料表观活化能大幅增加,材料中的环氧树脂热解即将完成。采用Kissinger法、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法计算T700碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的表观活化能,表观活化能平均值分别为134.64kJ/mol, 150.47kJ/mol。The pyrolysis characteristics of T700 carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites under nitrogen atmosphere and different heating rates were studied by TGA.The results showed that the pyrolysis reaction of T700 carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite had only one stage,the initial pyrolysis temperature of the composite was similar under different heating rates,and the termination temperature moved to high temperature with the increase of heating rate.The pyrolysis rate and mass change rate increased with the increase of heating rate.The pyrolysis kinetics analysis indicated that the activation energy of the composites was relatively small and the pyrolysis rate was relatively fast at the initial stage of the pyrolysis reaction.With the increase of conversion rate,the apparent activation energy increased and the pyrolysis rate decreased.When the conversion rate was 20%to 60%,there was little difference in the increase of apparent activation energy and little change in the stability of the material.Subsequently,the apparent activation energy of the composite material increased significantly,and the pyrolysis of the epoxy resin in the material was about to be completed.The apparent activation energies of carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites were calculated by Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method,and the average values of apparent activation energy were 134.64kJ/mol and 150.47kJ/mol,respectively.
