摘  要:硅纳米管具有优异的化学和物理性质,这使其很有希望在生物表征、锂电池、纳米电子器件、纳米药物输送、晶体管、传感器、纳米磁性器件、储氢、场发射显示器件以及光电子器件等领域上发挥出巨大的潜在作用。尽管硅纳米管的成功制备解决了国际上理论预测存在而在实验上一直未能合成的难题,但是目前关于硅纳米管的各种性能,特别是其掺杂性能还没有得到充分研究,所以关于硅纳米管的掺杂报道,特别是综述类报道相对较少。介绍了最近关于硅纳米管的各种掺杂研究以及各种掺杂硅纳米管的潜在应用,并总结了硅纳米管各种掺杂的优缺点,对进一步研究硅纳米管的掺杂性能提出了我们的观点,希望能为将来硅纳米管的各种掺杂研究有所帮助。Silicon nanotubes have excellent chemical and physical properties,which make them promising for huge potential role in the fields of biological characterization,lithium batteries,nanoelectronic devices,nanomedicine delivery,transistors,sensors,nanomagnetic devices,hydrogen storage,field emission displays,and optoelectronic devices.Although the successful preparation of silicon nanotubes has solved the problem of international theoretical prediction,they have not been synthesized in experiments.The various properties of silicon nanotubes,especially their doping properties,have not been fully studied,so the reports on the doping of silicon nanotubes,especially the corresponding reviews,are relatively few.This paper introduced the recent research on various doping of silicon nanotubes and the potential application of various doped silicon nanotubes,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of various doping.Our viewpoint on the further study of the doping performance of silicon nanotubes were presented in the hope that it could be helpful for the various doping research of silicon nanotubes in the future.
