摘 要:文章分析图情机构与智库协同创新效果的影响因素,构建包含合作理念、组织管理、信息资源、人力资源、技术资源和服务6个维度的协同创新效果评价指标体系,并利用模糊层次分析法对我国5所图情机构与智库协同创新效果进行实证分析。结果表明,目前我国图情机构与智库协同创新处于中间水平,但组织管理和服务两个维度的协同创新仍需加强。对于此,应加大政府相关主管部门统筹、协调和指导力度,提升图情机构智库服务能力。The article analyzes the influencing factors of collaborative innovation effect between image and intelligence institutions and think tanks,constructs a collaborative innovation evaluation index system that includes six dimensions:cooperation concept,organizational management,information resources,human resources,technical resources,and services.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to empirical analyse the effectiveness of collaborative innovation between five image and intelligence institutions and think tanks in China.The results indicate that collaborative innovation between image and information institutions and think tanks in China are currently at an intermediate level.However,further strengthening is needed in collaborative innovation of organizational management and service.It is necessary to strengthen the coordination,coordination,and guidance of relevant government departments,and enhance the service capabilities of image and information think tanks.
