高校图书馆数字记忆发展现状与构建策略

摘　　要：文章采用文献调研法和案例分析法,对美国高校图书馆的“第一代大学生记忆”项目、“佐治亚州立大学记忆”项目、“拉丁美洲土著语言文化记忆”项目和我国重庆大学图书馆的“重大记忆”项目进行分析研究,总结其建设与服务经验,并提出我国高校图书馆数字记忆建设策略,即增强数字记忆建设参与意识,提升师生数字素养;确立以校园文化和学科文化为主题定位的资源建设方向;集成运用先进适用技术;吸收借鉴同行经验,完善数字记忆标准体系;破解版权和隐私困扰。The article adopts literature research and case analysis methods to analyze and study in American university libraries,including the "First Generation College Student Memory" project,the "Georgia State University Memory" project,the "Indigenous Language and Cultural Memory" project,and the "Major Memory" project of Chongqing University Library in China.It summarizes its construction and service experience,and proposes strategies for digital memory construction in Chinese university libraries,enhance the digital memory construction participation awareness to improve digital literacy;Establish the construction direction by campus culture and academic culture as the theme;Integrate and apply advanced and applicable technologies;Absorb and learn from peer experience to improve the standard system;Solve copyright and privacy problems.
