摘  要:文章从国际层面、国家层面、机构层面和个人层面阐述公共图书馆开展弱势群体数字素养服务的价值,基于对我国公共图书馆弱势群体数字素养服务现状的调查,分析存在的问题,并提出我国公共图书馆弱势群体数字素养服务策略,即调研弱势群体数字素养需求,提高服务的针对性;分类遴选数字素养与技能资源,提高服务的可获得性;构建弱势群体数字素养服务项目体系,提高服务的持续性;加强弱势群体数字素养服务宣传推广,提升服务的参与度;培养数字服务人才,提升服务的可信度。The article elaborates on the value of public libraries in providing digital literacy services for disadvantaged groups at the international,national,institutional and individual levels.Based on a survey of digital literacy services for disadvantaged groups in public libraries in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and points out strategies of digital literacy services for disadvantaged groups in Chinese public libraries:Research the digital literacy needs of disadvantaged groups and improve the targeted service;Classify and select digital literacy and skill resources to improve the accessibility of services;Construct a digital literacy service project system for disadvantaged groups and improve the sustainability of services;Strengthen the promotion of digital literacy services for disadvantaged groups,and enhance service participation;Cultivate digital service talents and enhance the credibility of services.
