摘  要:通过控制化学成分(包括Cu和Cr含量),采用转炉冶炼、LF精炼、Cu-Cr合金化、RH精炼、连铸和轧制不同工艺参数,制备了6个钢筋试样,并对其进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能检测。结果表明,通过Cu-Cr合金化制备的试样屈服强度均高于600 MPa,抗拉强度均高于700 MPa,5 d周期试样的平均腐蚀速率低于4.0 g/(m^(2)·h),平均腐蚀深度低于35.0μm,试样的综合指标明显优于未合金化的。The chemical composition(including the content of Cu and Cr) was controlled,and six steel bar samples were prepared using converter smelting,LF refining,Cu-Cr alloying,RH refining,continuous casting and rolling process parameters,and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested.The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength of the samples prepared by Cu-Cr alloying are higher than 600 MPa and 700 MPa,respectively,and the average corrosion rate and average corrosion depth of the 5 d cycle samples are lower than 4.0 g/(m^(2)·h) and 35.0 μm respectively.The comprehensive index of the test sample is significantly better than the unalloyed ones.
