摘 要:利用废铝活塞作为主要原料,加入一定比例的合金元素锌和锑,经过精炼和变质处理制备新型的Al-Si-Zn-Sb铸造铝合金。结果表明,与废铝活塞相比,Al-Si-Zn-Sb铸造铝合金的硬度提高1.96倍,抗拉强度提高至1.6倍以上,而伸长率基本保持不变,满足了铝合金芯盒模具的硬度和强度要求。同时,新合金的磨损率降低幅度超过50%。新合金组织中α(Al)相分布均匀,共晶Si相呈短条状分布,针状不明显,该组织特征有利于合金综合力学性能的提高。A new Al-Si-Zn-Sb casting aluminum alloy was prepared by using the waste aluminum piston as the main raw material,adding a certain proportion of the alloy elements of zinc and stibium,and refining and metamorphization.The results show that compared with those of the waste aluminum piston,the hardness of Al-Si-Zn-Sb casting aluminum alloy is increased to n1.96 times,the tensile strength is increased to more than 1.6 times,while the elongation rate remains almost unchanged,meeting the hardness and strength requirements of the aluminum alloy core box die.At the same time,the wear rate of the new alloy decreases by more than 50%.The α(Al) phase is evenly distributed in the new alloy microstructure,the eutectic Si phase is short bar shaped and the needle shape is not obvious,and the microstructure characteristics are beneficial to the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy.
