球墨铸铁铸件多种焊补工艺组织及性能分析

摘  要:铸铁是机械工业中应用非常广泛的材料,在生产中经常会产生铸造缺陷。而铸铁是焊接工作中难焊材料之一。采用手工电弧焊、电火花堆焊、热焊(氧-乙炔焊)、贴片电阻焊、精密焊等五种焊补工艺对球墨铸铁基体铸件进行焊补,分析了补焊接头的宏观形貌、金相组织和焊补性能。以上研究可为焊补工艺的选择提供实践基础。Cast iron is a very widely used material in the machinery industry,and casting defects often occur in the production.While the cast iron is one of difficult materials to weld.Five welding processes including manual arc welding,EDM surfacing,thermal welding(oxygen-acetylene welding),patch resistance welding and precision welding were used to repair nodular iron matrix casting.The macroscopic morphology,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the repair welded joints were analyzed,which could provide a practical basis for the selection of welding repair process.
