摘 要:采用连续流变挤压机、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能试验机探究了不同工艺参数对Al-Cu-Mn合金组织和性能的影响。分析了连续流变挤压杆材的断裂机制,得到了最佳的流变挤压工艺参数。结果表明:在浇注温度690℃,工作辊转速15 r/min,冷却水流量3 m~3/h下进行连续流变挤压成形的直径9.5 mm杆材力学性能最好,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为340 MPa、250 MPa、28%。730℃,12.5 r/min,3 m~3/h连续流变挤压铸造比相同浇注温度(730℃)下的重力铸造的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高了43.8%、52%、700%。连续流变挤压铸造成形的Al-Cu-Mn合金的断裂形式为延性断裂,而重力铸造的Al-Cu-Mn合金断裂形式为脆性+延性的混合断裂。The effects of different process parameters on the microstructure and properties of Al-Cu-Mn alloy were investigated by means of continuous rheological extruder,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine.The fracture mechanism of continuous rheological extrusion rod was analyzed,and the optimum rheological extrusion process parameters were obtained.The results show that under the condition of casting temperature of 690℃,working roll speed of 15 r/min,cooling water flow of 3 m~3/h,the rod with diameter of 9.5 mm formed by continuous rheological extrusion has the best mechanical properties.Its tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 340 MPa,250MPa and 28%,respectively.Compared with those of gravity casting at the same casting temperature(730℃),the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of continuous rheo-extrusion casting rod at 730℃,12.5 r/min,3 m~3/h are increased by 43.8%,52% and 700%,respectively.The fracture form of Al-Cu-Mn alloy formed by continuous rheo-extrusion casting is ductile fracture,while the fracture form of Al-Cu-Mn alloy cast by gravity is brittleness and ductility mixed fracture.
