摘 要:对Al-10%RE中间合金(含La、Ce稀土元素)进行1道次等通道挤压变形(ECAP),研究了变形后Al-10%RE中间合金对ZL102合金微观组织、布氏硬度和电导率的影响。结果表明,随着RE含量的增加,粗大且不均匀的α-Al变得更细小且均匀分布,共晶Si由针片状转变为细小的短棒状。经过0.6wt%的1道次ECAP变形的Al-10%RE中间合金变质后,ZL102合金中α-Al平均尺寸由未变质的78μm细化到24μm,共晶Si平均长度由未变质的20μm细化到7μm;ZL102合金的布氏硬度由61.1 HBW提高到68.5 HBW,电导率由17.28 MS/m提高到17.95 MS/m。ECAP能显著提升Al-10%RE中间合金的变质效果。The Al-10%RE interalloy(containing La and Ce rare earth elements) was subjected to one-pass equal channel pressing(ECAP),and the effect of the deformed Al-10%RE interalloy on the microstructure,Brinell hardness and electrical conductivity of ZL102 alloy was investigated.The results show that with an increase of RE content,the coarse and uneven α-Al becomes finer and uniformly distributed,and the eutectic Si is transformed from needle sheets to thin short rods.When the Al-10%RE interalloy processed by one pass of ECAP is added to ZL102 alloy with an amount of 0.6 wt%RE,the average size ofα-Al is refined from the initial 78 μm to 24 μm,and the average length of the eutectic Si is refined from the initial 20 μm to 7μm.The Brinell hardness of ZL102 alloy is increased from 61.1 HBW to 68.5 HBW,and the electrical conductivity is increased from 17.28 MS/m to 17.95 MS/m.ECAP can significantly improve the grain refinement efficiency of Al-10%RE master alloy.
