摘 要:基于JMatPro相图计算确定了Ti80钛合金的相变点。采用热模拟压缩试验、光学显微镜和定量分析法研究了Ti80钛合金的α+β热变形行为,分析了变形温度和应变速率对显微组织的影响规律。结果表明:Ti80钛合金在α+β相区和β相区变形时变形机制存在明显的差异,随着变形温度的提高,未转变α相逐渐减少。当初始α相完全转变为β相后发生动态再结晶,而高应变速率会导致动态再结晶不完全。变形温度和应变速率对Ti80显微组织特征参数(β相晶粒尺寸、α相片层厚度及其均匀性)的影响较为显著。The phase transition point of the Ti80 titanium alloy was determined based on the JMatPro phase diagram calculation.The α+β thermal deformation behavior of Ti80 titanium alloy was studied by thermal simulation compression test,optical microscopy and quantitative analysis method,and the influence of deformation temperature and strain rate on the microstructure was analyzed.The results show that there is a significant difference in the deformation mechanism of Ti80 titanium alloy in the α +β phase region and the β phase region.As the deformation temperature increases,the untransformed α phase gradually decreases.Dynamic recrystallization occurs when the initial α phase is completely transformed into β phase,and the high strain rate leads to incomplete dynamic recrystallization.Deformation temperature and strain rate have significant effects on the characteristic parameters(β-phase grain size,α phase layer thickness and its uniformity) of Ti80 microstructure.
