摘  要:为了减小单点渐进成形(SPIF)中枕头效应参数鼓凸量的误差,对成形工艺参数进行研究。针对枕头效应现象的工艺复杂性,设计正交试验,利用有限元软件对各类工艺参数下的单点渐进成形工艺进行数值模拟。以出现枕头效应现象特定位置高度(即鼓凸量)作为评价指标,基于加权灰色关联分析法对试验数据进行分析,研究成形高度、板材厚度、成形角、层进给量、工具头直径、制件尺寸工艺参数对成形几何精度的影响,获得单点渐进成形最优工艺参数组及对评价指标影响的主次顺序。结果表明:用加权灰色关联分析法有效地减小了目标制件的枕头效应的几何误差,提高了成形精度。In order to reduce the error of pillow effect parameter drum bulge in single point incremental forming(SPIF),the forming process parameters were studied.In view of the process complexity of the pillow effect phenomenon,the orthogonal experiment was designed,and the numerical simulation of single point incremental forming process under various process parameters was carried out by using the finite element software.Taking the height of the specific position(that is,bulging) of the pillow effect phenomenon as the evaluation index,the experimental data were analyzed based on the weighted grey correlation analysis method.The influences of the forming height,sheet thickness,forming angle,layer feed,tool head diameter and part size process parameters on the forming geometric accuracy were studied.The optimal process parameters of single point incremental forming and the primary and secondary order of the influence on the evaluation index were obtained.The results show that using the weighted grey correlation analysis can effectively reduce the geometric error of the pillow effect of the target part and improve the forming accuracy.
