摘 要:针对起重机金属结构焊接裂纹缺陷定量检测的需求,研究了红外热成像检测技术在缺陷深度定量识别上的应用。先后介绍了脉冲热像法和脉冲相位法的技术原理;基于COMSOL软件建立了裂纹缺陷试件的热分析模型并进行了仿真分析,得到了不同深度缺陷处的温度响应。在此基础上对比分析了脉冲热像法和脉冲相位法的缺陷深度预测精度。结果表明,利用脉冲热像法根据温差峰值时间来预测缺陷深度,对浅层缺陷有不错的效果,而利用脉冲相位法根据盲频与缺陷深度的关系进行深度预测,则可实现更大深度缺陷的定量识别。For the demand of quantitative detection of welding crack defects in crane metal structures,the application of infrared thermography test in the quantitative identification of defect depth was studied.The technical principles of pulsed thermography and pulsed phase thermography were described successively.The thermal analysis model of the specimen containing crack defects was established and simulated based on COMSOL software,then the temperature responses of the defect areas at different depths were obtained.On this basis,the prediction accuracy of the defect depth by pulse thermography and pulse phase thermography was compared and analyzed.The results show that the pulse thermography has a good effect for shallow defects by using the time corresponding to peak temperature difference to predict the defect depth,and the quantitative identification of defects with large depth can be realized by using the pulse phase thermography based on the relationship between the blind frequency and the defect depth to predict the defect depth.
