摘 要:目的 了解河南省南阳市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为伊蚊防控中杀虫剂的选择和使用提供科学依据。方法 2020年5-10月,在南阳市小型积水容器、废旧轮胎堆积处等伊蚊孳生地,采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,带回实验室饲养至F1代。采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法和成蚊接触筒法测定其对杀虫剂的抗药性。采用抗性倍数和诊断剂量下的24 h死亡率评价抗性水平。结果 南阳市白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷、残杀威、苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列变种(Bti)、吡丙醚4种常用杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别为:0.92、3.61、0.44、93.47;成蚊对0.03%溴氰菊酯、0.4%氯菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.08%高效氯氰菊酯、0.5%马拉硫磷、0.2%杀螟硫磷、2%毒死蜱、0.05%残杀威、0.2%噁虫威的24 h死亡率分别为15.15%、11.49%、29.63%、50.00%、67.50%、86.67%、94.62%、92.06%、82.43%。结论 南阳市白纹伊蚊对拟除虫菊酯类、有机磷类、氨基甲酸脂类、生物杀虫剂及昆虫生长调节剂等类型杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性,应加强伊蚊抗药性监测,科学合理调整用药方案,提高防控效果和延缓抗药性产生。Objective To investigate the level of Aedes albopictus resistance to some commonly used insecticides in Nanyang,so as to provide scientific evidence for guiding the selection and use of chemical insecticides.Methods From May to October 2020,larval Aedes albopictus were collected in the small water containers,waste tires and other mosquito breeding places in the districts of Nanyang,and then reared to Fl generation in the laboratory.The larvae dipping method and the adult mosquito contact tube method recommended by the WHO were used to detect their resistance to insecticides.The resistance level of larvae Aedes albopictus was evaluated by the resistance ratio and by 24-hour mortality rate at the diagnostic dose.Results The resistance ratio of the larvae Aedes albopictus was 0.92 to temephos,3.61 to propoxur,0.44 to Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.Israelensis(Bti)and 93.47 to pyriproxyfen.The 24-hour mortality rate of Aedes albopictus adults for 0.03%deltamethrin,0.4%permethrin,0.07%high-efficiency cyhalothrin,0.08%beta-cypermethrin,0.2%fenitrothion,0.5%malathion,2%chlorpyrifos,0.05%propoxur,and 0.2%bendiocarb were 15.15%,11.49%,29.63%,50.00%,67.50%,86.67%,94.62%,92.06%,and 82.43%.Conclusions In Nanyang,Aedes albopictus develops various levels of resistance to dfferent types of insecticides,including pyrethroids,organic phosphorus,carbamates,biological insecticides,and insect growth regulators.Surveillance on the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus should be strengthened,and insecticides should be used scientifically and reasonably to improve the control effect and delay the development of resistance.
