《广嗣全诀》与《妙一斋医学正印种子编》治疗男性不育症用药规律比较研究

摘　　要：目的 比较《广嗣全诀》与《妙一斋医学正印种子编》治疗男性不育症用药规律,使之更好为临床实践服务。方法 检索两部著作治疗男性不育症的方剂,采用中医传承辅助平台V3.0软件进行统计分析。结果 纳入101首方剂,《广嗣全诀》48首,《妙一斋医学正印种子编》53首。性味分析显示,两部著作使用频次最高的是温性药物、甘味药物、归肾经药物。中药分析显示,《广嗣全诀》使用频次最高的药物是熟地黄,《妙一斋医学正印种子编》使用频次最高的药物是茯苓。两部著作使用频次较高的相同配伍形式是枸杞子配伍茯苓。《广嗣全诀》多用熟地黄配伍山药、茯苓、枸杞子、杜仲、山茱萸、人参。《妙一斋医学正印种子编》多用茯苓配伍枸杞子、山茱萸、山药。方剂分析显示,两部著作均收载五子衍宗丸、金锁思仙丹、十子丸、八味地黄丸、巨胜子丸、千金种子丹6首同名方剂。结论 《广嗣全诀》与《妙一斋医学正印种子编》治疗男性不育症均以补肾填精为基本用药思路,反对过于温燥,《广嗣全诀》重视肝肾同补,《妙一斋医学正印种子编》重视脾肾同补、心肾同补、肺肾同补,用药各具特色,具有较高的临床实用价值。Objective To compare the medication patterns in the treatment of male infertility between"Guangsi Quanjue"and"Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation",in order to better serve clinical practice.Method Retrieve two works on formulas for treating male infertility,and use the traditional chinese medicine inheritance assistance plaform(V3.0)for statistical analysis.Result 101 prescriptions were included,including 48 from"Guangsi Quanju"and 53 from""Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation".Nature and taste analysis shows what the two works have the highest frequency of use,including warm drugs,sweet drugs,and kidney meridian drugs.Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine shows that the most frequently used drug in"Guangsi Quan Jue"is Rehmannia glutinosa,and the most frequently used drug in""Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation"is Poria cocos.The commonly used form of compatibility between the two works is the combination of goji berries and poria cocos.The""Guang Si Quan Jue"often uses cooked Rehmannia glutinosa in combination with yams,Poria cocos,goji berries,Eucommia ulmoides,Cornus officinalis,and ginseng.The"Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation"often uses Poria cocos in combination with goji berries,cornus officinalis,and yams.Formula analysis shows that both works contain six formulas of the same name,namely Wuzi Yanzong Pill,Jinsuosi Xiandan,Shizi ill,Bawei Dihuang ill,Jushengzi Pil,and Qianjin Seed Pill.Conclusion Both the""Guang Si Quan Jue"and"Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation"treat male infertility with the basic medication approach of tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,opposing excessive dryness.The""Guang Si Quan Jue"emphasizes the simultaneous tonifying of the liver and kidney,while the"Miaoyizhai Medical Zhengyin Seed Compilation"emphasizes the simultaneous tonifying of the spleen and kidney,the heart and kidney,and the lungs and kidneys.Each medication has its own characteristics and has high clinical practical value.
