弧刃针治疗慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征86例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究弧刃针治疗慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效及其优点。方法收集2016年1月至2020年1月河南省中医院疼痛科门诊就诊的慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征患者86例,其中男52例,女34例;年龄25~76岁,病程1~38个月,均采用弧刃针治疗,无需其它药物处理,所有患者均治疗1次。分别记录患者治疗前及治疗后1、2、3及24周后视觉模拟评分(VAS),以及24周随访时疾病疗效评分(WDES)评估治疗效果。结果86例患者经弧刃针1次治疗后,患者的VAS评分较治疗前明显降低。且随着治疗后时间的进展(治疗后1周、2周、3周以及24周后随访时),患者VAS评分进一步降低,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明弧刃针在治疗慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征时,可有效改善患者的疼痛程度。24周后随访时,患者WDES评分总效率为98.8%(85/86例),说明弧刃针治疗慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征疗效确切,有效率高。结论弧刃针治疗慢性臀上皮神经卡压综合征疗效显著确切,操作简便。Objective To study the efficacy of arc-edge needle in the treatment of chronic gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods From January 2016 to January 2020,86 patients with chronic gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome were collected,52 males and 34 females,age 25 to 76 years old,the course of disease 1 to 38 months,in the Painology Department of Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were treated with arc-edge needle once,without other drug treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)before and at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 24 weeks after the treatment were recorded,and the Wangxuechang disease efficacy score(WDES)at 24 weeks after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the VAS were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and continue to decrease at the other time points(P<0.05).At the 24 weeks follow-up,the total efficacy score(WDES)was 98.8%(85/86 cases).Conclusion The arc-edge needle is effective to treatment of chronic gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome.
