盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征:1例报道并文献复习  

Myofascial pelvic pain syndrome: one case report and literature review

摘　　要：本文报道1例不明原因尾骨区疼痛, 该患者反复就诊于多个医院的神经外科、骨科、妇科、肛肠科、疼痛科等科室, 多次接受手术治疗效果不佳, 最终在我院麻醉科经肛诊及超声检查, 诊断为盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征, 行肌筋膜链干针松解、局部注药、顽固痛点射频、盆底康复治疗后疼痛显著缓解。总结其诊疗经验并复习文献, 供临床医生参考。The patient with peri-coccygeal pain,who repeatedly visited neurosurgical,orthopedic,gynecological,anorectal and pain clinics,and received multiple treatments without any pain relief in different hospitals,was diagnosed as myofascial pelvic pain syndrome based on rectal and ultrasound examination results in the Department of Anesthesiology,Peking Union Medical College Hospital.With a series of myofascial chain release,local injection,intractable trigger point radiofrequency ablation treatment and rehabilitation,the pain was significantly relieved.The experiences of diagnosis and treatment were summarized with literature review to provide reference for clinicians.
