摘　　要：肩周炎是常见肩关节疾病, 临床主要表现为疼痛和活动功能受限, 尽管该病是一种自限性疾病, 但是起病期的剧烈疼痛以及活动功能受限严重影响了患者的生活与工作。随着人们生活方式的转变该病发病率呈逐渐上升趋势, 有效治疗肩周炎显得尤为重要。治疗肩周炎有多种方法, 包括保守的治疗、微创手术疗法、中医药疗法等, 其中可以单独一种方法治疗该病, 也可以两种或多种方法联合治疗该病。本文综述了各种治疗方法的疗效, 以供同道参考。Scapulohumeral periarthritis,a common shoulder joint disease,mainly manifested in pain and limited mobility.Although it is a self-limiting disease,the severe pain and limited mobility seriously affect the patient's life and work during the onset.With the change of people's lifestyle,the incidence rate of the disease is gradually rising,and effective treatment is particularly important.There are various methods for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis,including conservative treatment,minimally invasive surgery,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and one or combined method can be selected.This article reviews the efficacy of various treatment methods for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
