摘 要:试验通过对8个添加剂处理的多花木蓝和宽叶雀稗混贮料的感官、营养价值及发酵品质进行评定,筛选出多花木蓝和宽叶雀稗混贮的最佳添加剂处理方式。采用完全随机试验设计,以等量水(65 mL)为对照(T1),设置1 g/kg纤维素酶(T2)、0.03 g/kg青贮发酵剂(T3)、30 g/kg葡萄糖(T4)、0.5 g/kg纤维素酶+0.015 g/kg青贮发酵剂(T5)、0.5 g/kg纤维素酶+15 g/kg葡萄糖(T6)、0.015 g/kg青贮发酵剂+15 g/kg葡萄糖(T7)、0.5 g/kg纤维素酶+0.015 g/kg青贮发酵剂+15 g/kg葡萄糖(T8)处理,每个处理3个重复。结果显示,各添加剂处理多花木蓝与宽叶雀稗混贮料,感官评价均达到Ⅰ级优良等级;混贮料的营养价值和发酵品质均明显提高;灰色关联分析综合评价结果为T4>T6>T7>T8>T5>T2>T3>T1,添加葡萄糖的青贮效果最好。研究表明,添加30 g/kg葡萄糖或0.5 g/kg纤维素酶+15 g/kg葡萄糖混贮料的综合品质最好,是多花木蓝和宽叶雀稗混贮的最佳处理方式。The sensory,nutritional value and fermentation quality of the mixed storage of Indigofera amblyantha Craib and Paspalum wettsteinii were evaluated by eight additive treatments,and the best additive treatment was selected.Using a completely randomized experimental design,an equal amount of water(65 mL)was designed as the control(T1),other treatments included 1 g/kg cellulase(T2),0.03 g/kg silage fermentation agent(T3),30 g/kg glucose(T4),0.5 g/kg cellulase+0.015 g/kg silage fermentation agent(T5),0.5 g/kg cellulase+15 g/kg glucose(T6),0.015 g/kg silage fermentation agent+15 g/kg glucose(T7)and 0.5 g/kg cellulase+0.015 g/kg silage starter+15 g/kg glucose(T8),with three repetitions per treatment.The results showed that all the eight treatments of Indigofera amblyantha Craib and Paspalum wettsteinii Hack mixed silage resulted in best silage quality scores,with a gradeⅠlevel for sensory evaluation.Silage additives can improve the mixed silages'nutritional value and their fermentation quality.The result of grey correlation analysis was as follows:T4>T6>T7>T8>T5>T2>T3>T1,indicating that the addition of glucose in mixed silage could gave the best silage quality.The study indicates that silage with 30 g/kg of glucose,or silage with 0.5 g/kg of cellulase+15 g/kg of glucose,can result in the best silage quality,which are considered to be the optimal additive for Indigofera amblyantha Craib and Paspalum wettsteinii Hack mixed silage.
