摘 要:为确定福建省某规模化兔场母兔受胎率低、消瘦和死亡的病因。试验对病死母兔进行了剖检,检查发现病死母兔的特征性病变为子宫蓄脓。采集子宫内的脓液,划线接种血平板,分离到一株菌落呈淡黄色、菌落周围有溶血圈的革兰氏阳性球菌ZG01。BLAST比对分析结果显示,分离菌ZG01的16S rRNA基因序列与金黄色葡萄球菌的16S rRNA基因序列同源性最高,达99.5%~100%。根据分离菌ZG01的菌落形态、革兰氏染色特征和16S rRNA基因序列的BLAST比对分析结果,确定其为金黄色葡萄球菌。药敏试验结果显示,分离菌ZG01仅对头孢唑肟等5种药物敏感,对青霉素等7种药物则表现为中度敏感或不敏感。To determine the causative agent of low fertilization rate,lose weight and death of adult female rabbit from a large-scale rabbit farm in Fujian Province,necropsy was performed on the dead adult female rabbits.All of the dead adult female rabbits were characterized by pyometra,and a Gram-positive cocci named ZGO1 with lightyellow colony and haemolytic ring on blood agar plate was isolated from the purulence collected from the uterus of the dead adult female rabbits.BLAST analyses showed that the sequence of 16S rRNA gene of ZGO1 shared the highest identity(ranged from 99.5%-100%)with that of Staphylococcus aureus.Based on the colonial morphology,features of Gram-staining and the sequence of 16S rRNA gene,the ZGO1 was defined as the Staphylococcus aureus.The results of antimicrobial susceptibility tests showed that the ZGO1 was susceptible to ceftizoxime,cefminox,enrofloxacin,levofloxacin and florfenicol,intermediately susceptible to or resistant to ampicillin,streptomycin,ciprofloxacin,cefatriaxone,kanamycin,azithromycin and gentamycin.
