摘　　要：以内黄县城乡供水一体化工程为例,探讨输水管线工程的水土流失防治措施布设。在分析工程地形特征、气候类型、土壤侵蚀类型及主体工程布局、施工扰动特点、工程建设时序等基础上进行了防治分区。文章本着“预防为主,因地制宜、因害设防、分区防治”的原则,按防治区分别有针对性,经济合理地布设了水土保持工程、植物、临时措施,形成了完整的水土流失防治措施体系。Taking the integrated project of urban and rural water supply in Neihuang County as an example,the soil erosion prevention and control measures of water transmission pipeline project are discussed.On the basis of the analysis of engineering topographic characteristics,climate type,soil erosion type,main project layout,construction disturbance characteristics,the prevention and control zoning is conducted.In line with the principle of“prevention first,taking measures according to local conditions,fortification according to disasters,zoning prevention and control”,the article implemented specific and economically reasonable water and soil conservation engineering,vegetation,and temporary measures in each prevention and control zone,which forms a complete system of water and soil erosion prevention and control measures.
