常庄水库淤积分析及清淤扩容措施

摘　　要：大多数水库水体流速缓慢、水体交换及自净能力较弱,泥沙淤积速度快,比较容易抽选泥沙淤积、水质恶化等情况,对水库防洪兴利功能发挥产生限制,也会对周边居民饮水环境造成不利影响。常庄水库作为淮河流域水系贾岭河上的中型防洪控制工程,在防洪兴利、生态保护、城市供水等方面发挥关键作用,然而,受水库形态影响及郑州“7·20”特大暴雨影响,水库淤积严重,原有防洪兴利库容减少、水体自净能力削弱,水质等级下降,严重限制水库系统各项功能,对下游河道水生态保护产生不利影响,必须重视常庄水库清淤扩容的紧迫性和必要性。本章以常庄水库工程为例,对水库淤积展开分析,并就如何解决泥沙淤积问题,恢复水库防洪兴利作用,实现清淤扩容提出针对性策略。Most reservoirs have slow water flow rate,weak water exchange and self-purification capacity,and fast sediment deposition.It is easy to cause sediment deposition,water quality deterioration and other conditions,which will limit the function of flood control and water conservancy of the reservoir,and will also adversely affect the drinking water environment of surrounding residents.As a medium-sized flood control project on the Jialing River in the Huai River basin,the Changzhuang Reservoir plays a key role in flood control and water conservancy,ecological protection,urban water supply and other aspects.However,affected by the form of the reservoir and the July 20 heavy rain in Zhengzhou,the reservoir silted up seriously.The original capacity for flood control and water conservancy was reduced,the self-purification capacity of water body was weakened,and the water quality grade decreased,which severely limited the functions of the reservoir system and had adverse effects on the ecological protection of downstream river channels..Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the urgency and necessity of dredging and expanding the capacity of Changzhuang Reservoir.Taking the Changzhuang reservoir project as an example,this paper analyzes the sedimentation of the reservoir,and puts forward targeted strategies on how to solve the problem of sedimentation,restore the function of flood control and water conservancy of the reservoir,and realize dredging and expansion.
