摘　　要：为探索围堰进占施工技术要点,以盱眙县东灌区节水配套改造工程为例,结合工程实际,将围堰施工设计为两期实施,围堰高程2 m以下堰体划为一期,从左右岸起点进占至合龙;高程2 m以上堰体定为二期施工,从龙口开始填筑至设计高程,再后退施工至左右岸。就围堰一期与二期施工两方面提出围堰施工方案,并对围堰坝基开挖深度、地基清淤深度、围堰体进占宽度等多个施工参数取值进行确定;之后,重点从围堰填筑及防护、围堰拆除等方面阐述围堰进占施工工艺。结果表明,围堰进占施工是盱眙县东灌区节水配套改造工程施工中的重要一环,通过加强围堰施工方案设计及围堰施工过程质量控制与管理措施,确保了工程施工任务的顺利完成。In order to explore the key points of cofferdam advancement construction technology,the water-saving and supporting renovation project in the east irrigation area of Xuyi County is taken as an example.Based on the actual project,the embankment construction is designed to be implemented in two phases.The cofferdam body elevation below 2.00 m is the first phase,strating from the starting point of both banks and advancing to the closure.The elevation above 2.00 m is designated as the second phase construction,contructing from Longkou to the design elevation,and then retreating to the left and right bank.The cofferdam construction scheme for the first and second phases of the cofferdam,are proposed.Construction parameters such as the excavation depth of the cofferdam foundation,the foundation dredging depth,and the width of the cofferdam advancement are determined.Subsequently,the cofferdam advancement construction process is elaborated,focusing on embankment filling and protection,as well as embankment removal.The results show that the cofferdam advancement construction is an important part in the construction of water-saving and supporting renovation project in the east irrigation area of Xuyi County.By strengthening the cofferdam construction design and the quality control and management measures during the construction process,the smooth completion of the construction tasks is ensured.
