摘 要:膜袋砂围堰施工技术对水利枢纽工程形成干地施工条件具有重要的工程实践意义,为此,结合茅龙北水利枢纽工程内围堰膜袋砂施工技术实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,熟悉工程概况,全面分析确定膜袋砂围堰施工流程;着重就膜袋分层分区、基面处理、土工格栅铺设及吹填砂垫层,膜袋砂施工技术(主要包括工艺流程、材料设计要求、施工方法和膜袋砂沉降加高处理等几个方面),铺设围堰迎水面复合土工膜等几个方面分析研究膜袋砂围堰施工技术;同时经围堰抗滑安全稳定分析确认膜袋砂围堰满足规范要求。可为类似水利枢纽工程膜袋砂围堰施工提供借鉴参考。The construction technology of membrane bag sand cofferdam has important practical significance for the formation of dry land construction conditions in water conservancy hub projects.Therefore,the practical case of membrane bag sand construction technology in the inner cofferdam of Maolongbei Water Conservancy Hub Project is analyzed and studied in this paper.The general situation of the project is familiar with.The construction process of membrane bag sand cofferdam is comprehensive analyzed and determined.The paper focuses on the analysis of membrane bag layering and zoning,foundation surface treatment,geogrid laying and sand cushion filling,membrane bag sand construction technology.It mainly includes the process flow,material design requirements,construction methods,and membrane bag sand settlement and elevation treatment.The construction technology of membrane bag sand cofferdam is analyzed and studied from several aspects such as laying composite geomembrane against water surface.At the same time,the safety and stability analysis of cofferdam confirms that the membrane bag sand cofferdam meets the specification requirements.It can provide reference for the construction of membrane bag sand cofferdam of similar water conservancy projects.
