摘  要:2021年汛期受连续、大范围降雨影响,沁河流域发生了有观测数据以来最大洪水,“7·11”暴雨河口村水库入库洪峰4 510 m^(3)/s,创1895年以来最高洪峰纪录,为确保水库防洪运行安全,重新复核河口村水库设计洪水,延长五龙口站洪水资料系列至2021年。采用P-Ⅲ型频率曲线适线计算设计洪水。结果表明,河口村坝址处设计洪水复核成果较原初步设计审查成果略有减小,但变化不大,表明2021年暴雨洪水未对设计洪水计算产生明显影响,河口村水库坝址处设计洪水仍推荐采用初步设计阶段审定成果。Affected by continuous and large-scale rainfall in the flood season of 2021,the largest flood occurred in the Qinhe River Basin since the observation data began.The flood peak of the Hekoucun Reservoir in 7.11 rainstorm was 4,510 m^(3)/s,which was the highest flood peak record since 1895.In order to ensure the safety of the reservoir flood control operation,the design flood of Hekoucun Reservoir was reviewed.The flood data series of Wulongkou Station were extended to 2021.The design flood was calculated by using P-Ⅲ frequency curve.The results show that the design flood review results of Hekoucun Reservoir were slightly reduced compared with the original preliminary design review results,but the change is not significant.It shows that the rainstorm flood in 2021 does not have a significant impact on the design flood calculation,and the design flood at the dam site of Hekoucun Reservoir is still recommended to adopt the preliminary design stage approval results.
