摘　　要：水利工程在中国社会经济发展过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,和人民生活质量具有直接关系。穿堤涵闸作为河道的重要组成部分,对防洪排涝、灌溉调节水量等运行起着重要的作用,该工序的施工质量会直接对整个工程项目的整体质量造成显著的影响。文章结合某穿堤涵闸工程概况,详细分析了某穿堤涵闸工程建设与运行管理措施,在确保工程质量的情况下,提升工程的施工效率。Water conservancy projects play vital roles in the process of social and economic development in China.It have a direct relationship with the quality of people's lives.As an important part of the river course,the culvert gate across the embankment plays an important role in the operation of flood control and drainage,irrigation and water regulation,etc.The construction quality of this process will directly affect the overall quality of the whole project significantly.Based on the general situation of a levee culvert gate project,the construction and operation management measures of the project is analyzed in detail to improve the construction efficiency of the project under the condition of ensuring the project quality.
